What is a “must-have”?
If you are someone who marches alongside our collections with the precision of a military parade step, then you could probably rattle off the definition of a “non-seasonal collection” like counting peas.
But if you’ve only recently discovered us, then the term “MUST HAVE” might sound quite mysterious.
So let me start here: we are lovers of seasonal collections. I really enjoy choosing a few colors and then spending half a year “mixing” them, building a cohesive whole where the garments flow together in a couple of repeating shades.
“MUST HAVEs” don’t exactly smell like color harmony. Their main purpose is to “plug the gaps” in a wardrobe.
Sorry for the lack of poetic Lithuanian here, but if we define MUST HAVE collections precisely, they are a pile of individual, often unrelated garments meant for “filling in.”
But so we don’t become completely random, each time we start thinking about the year’s MUST HAVE collection, we choose one specific clothing category that the collection is mostly dedicated to.
This time, after listening to all the “V., when will you…?” questions, we came to a shared conclusion that the most frequently mentioned item was VESTS.
Some people are missing a black one, others didn’t manage to get the cream “Fredo,” some dream every night about the “RED STRAWBERRY,” and for others—like me—there is a desperate need for an EMERALD one.
Because without it, a whole stack of planned but postponed outfits simply doesn’t feel complete.
Another thing is that V&V padded vests are no longer a “seasonal item” for our community.
We never let them go. We offer transformer-like pieces that can be fully reconfigured to suit both cold and warm seasons.
Putting all the arguments into one pile, the result is a compact but very precise collection designed to “plug the holes” in your wardrobe.
And so it doesn’t end up being ONLY that and nothing more, a few additional pieces are joining in—items that you have also strongly mentioned with the question: “so when is THIS coming back?”
