Time: Within the European Union: 5 – 7 business days

DPD courier services within the EU – 9 EUR.
Method: Home delivery.
Payment
Method: You can pay for your order only through the online store with VISA, MASTER cards, or via PAYPAL payment system.
Cash on delivery or payment upon receiving the parcel or picking it up from the parcel locker is not available.
Returns and Exchanges
Time: 14 business days from the delivery date.
Requirements: The returned item must be undamaged, unworn, and have all the required and attached labels.
If you received an item that doesn’t fit, you don’t like it, it doesn’t suit you, or it’s not what you expected, please let us know by sending an email to: sales@viktorijos.lt.
Method: You can return the securely packed item via a DPD parcel locker, regardless of the size of the package (XS-L). The shipping cost for V&V customers is 2.00 EUR (within Lithuania). You will be notified by SMS (once the package is delivered) with a link to activate and pay for the return shipping service, after which you will receive a PIN code for the parcel. Input the PIN code in any DPD parcel locker convenient for you to print the return label and place your item for return.
If you wish to return an item from Latvia or Estonia (5.00 EUR), you can also send the unwanted item via any DPD parcel locker at a location convenient for you.
Please include the purchase document in the parcel, where you must specify the reason for the return or exchange of the item.
Cost: Return shipping is covered by the customer.
Refund: After receiving the returned item, we will refund the money or exchange the item within 5 business days.
Products
Out of stock in your size: If your desired item size is out of stock in the online store, use the “Notify me when the item is back in stock” function and provide your email. This way, you’ll automatically be added to the waiting list and will be informed as soon as the item is available again.
