Quilted vests
&
other “must-haves”

If you are someone who marches alongside our collections with the precision of a military drill step, then you could probably already rattle off the definition of a non-seasonal collection like counting peas.
But if you’ve only recently discovered us, then this “MUST HAVE” concept might sound a bit mysterious.
So let me start with this: we are lovers of seasonal collections. I really enjoy choosing a few colors and spending half a year “playing” with them—composing garments into a unified whole that flows in just a few tones.
“MUST HAVEs” don’t really carry the idea of color harmony. Their main purpose is to “plug the gaps” in your wardrobe.
Excuse the lack of poetic elegance in my Lithuanian, but if I had to define MUST HAVE collections very precisely, it would be a pile of individual, mostly unrelated garments, meant for “filling in the missing pieces.”
Still, so we wouldn’t become completely random, each time we start thinking about the yearly “MUST HAVE,” we choose one targeted clothing category to which the majority of the collection is dedicated.
This time, after listening to all the “V., when will you…?” comments, we came to a shared conclusion that the most frequently mentioned item was QUILTED VESTS.
Some are missing a black one, some didn’t manage to get the cream “Fredo,” some dream every night about the “RED STRAWBERRY,” and some—for example me—absolutely need an EMERALD GREEN one.
Because without it, a whole pile of planned but postponed outfits simply doesn’t feel complete.
Another thing is that V&V lovers no longer treat quilted vests as something tied to a single season.
We don’t let them go all year round. We offer ones that are real transformers, which can be unzipped and adjusted in such a way that they fit both cold and warm seasons.
Putting all the arguments together, we ended up with a compact but very precise collection designed to “plug the holes” in your wardrobe.
And so it doesn’t end up being ONLY that and nothing more—there are also a few other pieces coming along, ones that you’ve strongly been asking about, saying “so when will it come back???”
Not long to wait now,
V.
