The 100th Collection

One hundred! It echoes in my mind, and through it waves of “mathematics” flow.

If lately we release 8-9 collections a year, and each contains on average 20-25 new designs, that means in one year we “calculate” around 200 newcomers. Multiply that number by 15 years of activity… and you get “around” 3,000…

No. Not just garments.

But a kind of our own “children” – for whom, before sending them out into the world, you take responsibility:
“that they wear well,”
“that they won’t be lonely,”
“that they bring joy,”
“that they gather compliments and create confidence for the one who trusts us.”

Was that “hundred” all rainbows and unicorns? Did victory champagne always burst into sparkling foam? Did everyone only applaud and admire?

Oh brother (and sisters), NO.

We marched through warmth and through cold. Sometimes we had to swallow such bitter consequences of “it didn’t work out” that somewhere deep inside a desire would start to boil – to just “go work 8 to 5 and at 5:01 leave everything annoying behind the door.”

But here… you close the door, and before you’ve even managed to climb into the car, all the “oh no” and “uh oh,” all the “what do we do and how do we solve this?” are already comfortably seated in the passenger seats.

If I said those ONE HUNDRED collections just “blinked and passed,” I would be terribly lying. It’s perhaps like raising a child – from the outside all you hear is: “My, how time flies! You barely looked around and he’s already a grown man!”

If you asked what it felt like to blow out that solid three-digit number – know this:

WOW. It really knocked me in the head. And although there wasn’t much time to reflect, and another thought kept buzzing like an annoying fly – “just hope the smoke doesn’t set off the workshop fire alarm” – I blew it out with a very good feeling in my heart:

WE DID IT.
We achieved what I never even dared to dream of.

We grew up. Into maturity.
