WHY WILL EVERYTHING BE THIS WAY?
Those of you who have been following our everyday life for years already know what the tiny collections with the slightly odd name “Must-have” are.
Not impressive in size.
Sometimes not perfectly color-coordinated.
Often built around just one or two categories of garments.
And yet.
Arranged in such a way that even I would find it insanely difficult to say which piece in a “MUST-HAVE” collection I personally wouldn’t truly need.
Rolling year after year with the never-ending cart of seasonal collections, we strictly follow our “unwritten rule”:
WHEN WE FINISH THE PRE-SET QUANTITY OF A GARMENT — WE DO NOT SEW MORE.
No. We certainly don’t do this because extra money is burning a hole in our pocket, or because we enjoy disappointing those who didn’t make it in time but truly wanted to.
We hold tightly to this principle because…
We unconditionally respect YOU.
Walking hand in hand with us through collections, sometimes waiting for them even more eagerly than for Christmas.
Juggling such trust from you — makes us happy to the sky and back.
But.
Alongside that happiness lives the awareness that in someone’s heart there is the sadness of “I didn’t make it.”
That what was meant to be a light morning becomes “anti-light.”
That a perfectly planned outfit suddenly screams because of one missing piece — spoiling beautiful days and jamming sticks into the wheels of good moods.

Your light mornings are cared for by a woman EXACTLY LIKE YOU.
One who has lived through “I didn’t make it,”
“I really want it but can’t afford it,”
and “when I finally saved up and went to buy it — it was gone.”
I, standing at the helm of the V&V ship — the brand’s mother — understand you.
And so, even though I know how much additional work a new mini collection will “cost,” and how sweet and effortless it would be to simply say, “let’s sew the same ones, just more of them”…
After dotting the i’s, I hold even tighter to my core working principle — and soon enough, dialing the photographer’s number, I’m already sharing what mini collection we have and what vision we can create for it.
This time, opening up your neatly lined-up sighs of “I missed it” and your “maybe someday” requests, we assembled a tiny collection — but one that holds many previously scarce pieces.
We did not mass-produce perfect copies.
By changing colors or details, we’re serving you newness on a plate — pieces that won’t blush when meeting a colleague wearing their “twin brother.”
This “Must-have” of ours smells like the forest.
After rain.
Wandering daily through nearby woods, I must have “breathed in” two colors that constantly flicker before my eyes — shades that have settled not only in my heart but in my outfits for years. So I even clapped my hands when…
The pieces you “DIDN’T MAKE IT to get, but really wanted” were awakened to a new life in the duet of my heart’s colors.
And in the shades of the pine forest I drink in with my eyes every day.
